U.S. stocks could be entering a bear market and, believe it or not, this has Eric Coffin feeling more positive than he has for some time. The Hard Rock Analyst newsletter editor confessed to SmallCapPower at the 2016 Vancouver Resource Investment Conference, that he “came to the uncomfortable conclusion” that it would take a general market reset to bring back investor interest in the junior resource sector.
