BEST Funds CEO and Founder John Richardson has developed an innovative investing model in which his company uses senior debt, instead of equity, to help growing technology companies become business builders. In this interview, Mr. Richardson outlined his investment criteria, saying that most of the investee companies get acquired before going public. He also offers up a word of caution for investors in 2016.
