Here’s three reasons why investors should take a look at Gabriella’s Kitchen:
- Gabriella’s Kitchen holds a cannabis manufacturing and distribution license in the state of California.
- Recent launch of altoTM, a cannabis-infused brand in northern California
- High-protein alternatives for vegetarian and health-conscious consumers.
Gabriella’s Kitchen holds a cannabis manufacturing and distribution license in the state of California. The Company obtained these licenses by acquiring Sonoma Pacific Distribution, a cannabis distributor and marketing company in California, as well as The Oil Plant, a cannabis manufacturer in California. These strategic acquisitions position GABY as a vertically-integrated producer, allowing the Company to maximize returns by controlling its supply chain.
On November 2, 2018, the Company launched altoTM, a cannabis-infused product brand, in northern California. The product line currently consists of flavoured olive oils infused with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD). Over the following quarter, GABY intends to add other differentiated products to its cannabis-infused product line. With the use of its established network of retailers, distributors, and brokers, the Company is capable of swiftly bringing its cannabis products to the mainstream market.
Gabriella’s Kitchen delivers high-protein alternatives for vegetarian and health-conscious consumers. For non-meat eaters who seek high-protein foods, chickpea pasta is one of the most common alternatives to regular pasta. However, pea protein used in chickpea pasta does not contain all the necessary amino acids for protein production. To address this problem, GABY uses a combination of whole grains, soy protein isolate and Teff plant to round out all the necessary amino acids. These ingredients help the consumer stay satiated, while supporting lean muscle growth.
