She tells us what it’s like to be a part of the growing number of women in mining
Samantha Hicks, a current student at the world-famous Camborne School of Mines, secured a £6,000 scholarship from Women in Mining (WIM) UK last year. At this year’s Mines and Money London, Samantha was in attendance to support WIM, as the organization spreads its message to encourage more women into the field of mining engineering. She tells us in this interview what it’s like to be part of the growing number of women in mining.
