Solar penny stock OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. (CVE:ON) shares powered 42% higher to $0.185 on Wednesday after announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary has refinanced its sponsor equity interest in a 12.1 MW residential solar portfolio consisting of 1,611 residential solar systems, which the Company said will allow it pay down its senior loans and terminate all related security interests and provide it significant flexibility in its ability to source capital going forward.
As well, shares of Klondike Gold Corp. (CVE:KG) slid 23% to $0.315 as the junior explorer said it has received assays from a total of 17 drill holes testing the Violet Ridge group of drill targets at the Lone Star property in the Yukon, adding that no economic grades or widths were encountered in any of these holes.
Goldstrike Resources Ltd. (CVE:GSR), meanwhile, reported that initial prospecting and mapping in Phase 1 have resulted in multiple significant new gold showings in addition to the new Bonanza Zone at Plateau South property in the Yukon. Goldstrike Resources stock moved up 12% to $0.385 following the announcement.
