Canopy Growth Corporation (TSE:CGC), a marijuana producer, saw its Q2 revenue soar 245% year over year

A marijuana producer continued to climb following a revenue, profit surge Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, November 14, 2016 (as of 4 pm EST):
Canopy Growth Corporation (TSE:CGC) shares jumped 20% to $11.16 on Monday after the marijuana producer announced a 245% year over year increase in its second-quarter revenue to $8.5 million, while net income for the quarter surged to $5.4 million from $3.9 million during the same period last year.
As well, shares of GoldQuest Mining Corp. (CVE:GQC) slid as much as 16% before edging up 4% to $0.29 as the gold junior released a Pre-Feasibility Study on its 100% owned gold/copper Romero Project in the Dominican Republic. Highlights included a Net Present Value (NPV) @ (5%) of US$203 million (post-tax), and a payback of 2.5 years.
Keek (CVE:KEK), meanwhile, reported that it has entered into a content licensing agreement for use in the recently launched Peeks Service, which will provide Keek with broadcasting and monetization rights to over 500,000 short form videos and over 1,000 daily videos. Keek stock popped 56% to $1.57 following the announcement.
Finally, Inspira Financial Inc. (CVE:LND) shares climbed 12% to $0.365 after the provider of financial solutions to the U.S. mental health and addiction services market announced that it is declaring a one-time special dividend of $0.075 per share.
