A new smelter pour caused a junior gold miner to shine Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, October 17, 2016 (as of 4 pm EST):

Inca One Gold Corp. (CVE:IO) shares powered 37% higher to $0.425 on Monday after the junior gold miner announced that it has successfully poured and exported in excess of 16 kilograms of gold at its Chala One mill site in Peru since September 13, 2016.

As well, shares of Perisson Petroleum Corporation (CVE:POG) climbed 38% to $0.64 as the oil and gas producer said it has initiated operating cost reduction measures and the optimization of existing production facilities for its oil and gas producing properties in the Twining oil field of east central Alberta.

(CVE:FAS), meanwhile, reported that this past Sunday’s NFL tournaments generated the greatest single day tournament’s net revenue in the Company’s history of $11,000, with $250,000 in prize payouts and only a 2% Overlay. Fantasy Aces stock moved up 10% to $0.055 following the announcement.

Finally, Calyx Bio-Ventures Inc. (CVE:CYX) shares jumped 41% to $0.12 after the agri-tech company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cannigistics Agri-Solutions Corp., has launched its first consumer facing Cloud (LEAFHub), which will be Canada’s first real-time, mass communication consumer cloud that provides the Canadian Medical Marijuana user a safe and secure forum to discuss, compare, evaluate, or otherwise locate and comment on the various products available in the market today.
