Gold drill
results boosted the stock prices of two juniors Monday. Here’s some small
stocks making big moves on Monday, October 26, 2015 (as of 4 pm EST):
Nevada Exploration Inc. (TSXV: NGE) shares surged 34% to $0.335 on Monday after the
gold explorer announced that it has received new analytical results from eight
drill holes at its 100% owned Grass Valley Project in Nevada, which the Company
says confirms the presence of a large, gold-bearing hydrothermal system
consistent with the geologic setting of a Carlin-style gold deposit.
As well,
shares of Legumex Walker Inc. (TSX:
LWP) slid 26% to $1.20 as the processor and merchandiser of pulses and
other special crops said it will be reducing the special distribution to
shareholders as a result of the sale of its Special Crops Division to an
estimated $1.69 to $1.98 per share.
Nighthawk Gold Corp. (TSXV:
NHK), meanwhile, reported results from its recently-completed 2015
drill program on its Indin Lake Gold Property in the Northwest Territories,
which included 32.95 metres of 4.19 grams per tonne (g/t) gold. Nighthawk Gold
stock moved up as much as 25% before ending unchanged at $0.08 following the announcement.
