Gold Bull Resources Corp. (TSXV:GBRC), a gold explorer, gained ground after announcing a LOI to acquire the Coyote Mine project

A prospective property purchase south of the border boosted shares of a gold explorer Thursday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Thursday, September 17, 2020 (as of 4 pm EST):

Gold Bull Resources Corp. (TSXV:GBRC) shares advanced 16% to $0.57 on Thursday after the gold explorer announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the Coyote Mine project in Utah, in consideration for an ongoing annual payment of US$50,000.

As well, shares of ImmunoPrecise Antibodies Ltd. (TSXV:IPA) rose 11% to $2.25 as the biotechnology company said it is set to begin a research collaboration with Zymeworks Inc., for the further development of IPA’s multiple antibody candidates to fight COVID-19.

TomaGold Corporation (TSXV:LOT), meanwhile, reported that it has agreed to sell its 25% interest in the Monster Lake Project to IAMGOLD Corporation for $8.5 million, consisting of $500,000 in cash and $8.0 million in IAMGOLD common shares. TomaGold stock moved up 8% to $0.07 following the announcement.
