AQM Copper Inc. (CVE:AQM), a copper explorer, climbed after agreeing to be acquired by Teck Resources

Teck Resources took a liking to a copper explorer Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, November 21, 2016 (as of 4 pm EST):
AQM Copper Inc. (CVE:AQM) shares jumped 50% to $0.225 on Monday after the copper explorer announced that it has agreed to be acquired by Teck Resources for $0.23 per share in cash.
As well, shares of Silver Bear Resources Inc. (TSE:SBR) rose 8% to $0.28 as the silver project developer said an updated Feasibility Study for its Vertikalny mine at the Mangazeisky Silver Project in Russia resulted in significant improvements in the IRR (pre-tax) from 43.6% to 86.1%.
DH Corporation (TSE:DH), meanwhile, reported that its Board of Directors intends to reduce the quarterly dividend from $0.32 per share to $0.12 per share, effective January 1, 2017, which the Company said will provide additional capital to repurchase shares, reduce debt, and invest in the growth of the business. DH Corporation stock moved up 11% to $16.15 following the announcement.
