Hemp CBD water piqued the interest of more than a few speculators in a CBD beverage stock Wednesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 (as of 4 pm EST):
The Alkaline Water Company Inc. (TSXV:WTER), a CBD beverage stock, surged 25% to $4.30 on Wednesday after announcing the formation of its A88 Infused Beverage Division, which will have products that include hemp-derived, CBD-infused water.
As well, shares of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited (TSX:WM) jumped 21% to $0.17 as the resource junior released results from the underground drill program at its 100%-owned Fenelon Gold Property in Quebec, which included 41.02 g/t gold over 5.52 metres.
OceanaGold Corporation (TSX:OGC), meanwhile, reported drill results from its WKP prospect in New Zealand, which included 5.0 metres of 39.04 g/t gold and 76.6 g/t silver. OceanaGold stock moved up 5% to $3.89 following the announcement.
