There was growing interest in an agri-tech stock Friday after an environmental license was granted. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Friday, February 10, 2017 (as of 4 pm EST):

Agri-Tech stock Verde AgriTech (TSX: NPK) surged 26% to $0.78 after announcing that it has been granted an environmental license for its Cerrado Verde Project in Brazil, with the Company targeting production for the first half of 2017 of 19,500 tonnes of Super Greensand and 500 tonnes of Alpha.

As well, shares of D-BOX Technologies Inc. (TSX: DBO) slipped 14% to $0.45 as the immersive motion technology provider said its third-quarter revenue fell to $6.8 million from $8.2 million a year earlier, while swinging to a loss of $1.64 million during the quarter.

Sierra Wireless, Inc. (TSX: SW), meanwhile, reported better-than-expected Q4 2016 revenue and earnings. Revenue for the quarter rose 12.5% to $163.0 million, while earnings per share increased 238% to $0.27. Sierra Wireless stock popped 31% to $32.04 following the announcement.
