VANCOUVER, BC–(Marketwired – September 29, 2016) – NatureBank Asset Management Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: COO) (FRANKFURT: 9EA) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement financing to raise up to CDN $550,000 at $0.10 per unit (the “Offering”).
The Offering is composed of up to 5.5 million units of the Company, with each unit consisting of one common share and one full share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of 12 months following the date of closing of the Offering.
The Company may pay commissions in connection with the Offering. Closing of the Offering is conditional upon the receipt of necessary TSX-Venture Exchange and regulatory approvals. Aligning with the Company’s focus on sustainable cocoa, NatureBank intends to use the proceeds of the Offering to secure initial cocoa land assets within the Dominican Republic.
