Prophecy Development Corp. (TSX:PCY) shares climbed 9% to $0.24 on Friday after the vanadium junior announced the appointment of Michael Doolin as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2019. Mr. Doolin was the former Chief Operating Officer at Klondex Mines Ltd.

As well, shares of Lightspeed POS Inc. (TSX:LSPD) surged 35% from its initial offering price to close at $18.90 in its Toronto Stock Exchange debut on Friday. Lightspeed provides an omni-channel commerce-enabling Software as a Service (Saas) platform for small and medium-sized businesses across the globe.

Talon Metals Corp. (TSX:TLO), meanwhile, reported that it has raised a total of C$9.825 million while also entering into conversion transactions with Resource Capital Fund VI L.P., which will convert 95% of its debt into equity at a price of C$0.156 per common share. Talon Metals stock moved up 22% to $0.11 following the announcement.
