Sustainability Stock Shines on Order Announcement

EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (CVE:EHT), a sustainability stock, lit up after announcing a Solar Systems order from Ghana

A few shareholders made a bit of ‘green’ on a sustainability stock Monday following the announcement of a new order. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, June 19, 2017 (as of 4 pm EST):

EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (TSXV: EHT), a sustainability stock, climbed 7% to $0.15 on Monday after announcing that Groupe Nduom Limited of Ghana has placed the first order of 100 3Kw Solar Systems as part of the previously-announced Joint Venture agreement.

As well, shares of Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TSXV: FIRE) rose 5% to $1.30 as the cannabis cultivator and distributor said its wholly-owned subsidiary, 7ACRES, has received several updates from Health Canada with respect to its cultivation license, which included the removal the previous production and storage capacity of the License. Supreme is now permitted to store up to $150 million worth of cannabis at any given time.

FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSXV: FLY), meanwhile, reported that it has received a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for FLYHT’s emergency data streaming technology, which has been initially enabled in a commercial software product called FLYHTStream. FLYHT stock moved up 10% to $0.225 following the announcement.

Finally, NOVADAQ Technologies Inc. (TSX: NDQ) shares soared 96% to $15.48 after the provider of fluorescence imaging solutions to reduce healthcare costs announced that it has agreed to be acquired by Stryker Corporation for US$11.75 per share in cash, or a total consideration of approximately US$701 million.
