More than a few speculators took a shine to a solar tech stock Thursday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Thursday, January 24, 2019 (as of 4 pm EST):
EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (TSXV:EHT), a solar tech stock, climbed 63% to $0.065 on Thursday after announcing that it has signed an agreement with the Government of Ghana and its Ministry of Works and Housing to supply up to 100,000 rooftop solar systems under the United Nations OPS program.
As well, shares of LOOPShare Ltd. (TSXV:LOOP) surged 250% to $0.175 as the ride-sharing company said it has agreed to acquire the ‘Scoot-E’ brand from Raytroniks Corporation. Raytroniks’ principal, Ray J, is a successful tech entrepreneur, TV personality and musician and has agreed to become a key member of the LOOP team via a consulting agreement.
Pascal Biosciences Inc. (TSXV:PAS), meanwhile, reported that it has begun testing the use of cannabinoids in human subjects for its immune stimulatory program in cancer. Pascal Biosciences stock moved up 16% to $0.29 following the announcement.
Finally, RosCan Gold Corporation (TSXV:ROS) shares gained 42% to $0.085 after the gold explorer announced assay results from its Kandiole Project in Mali, West Africa, which included 8.47 g/t gold over 18 metres.
