Silver Junior Shines on Production Milestone

A first-pour announcement attracted a few speculators to shares of a silver junior Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, February 25, 2019 (as of 4 pm EST):

Bayhorse Silver Inc. (TSXV:BHS) shares jumped 9% to $0.12 on Monday after the silver junior announced the production of the first refined silver from mineralization processed from the Bayhorse Silver Mine in Oregon.

As well, shares of RNC Minerals (TSX:RNX) slipped 8% to $0.66 as the junior miner revealed ongoing underground drill results and fourth-quarter production results from its 100% owned Beta Hunt Mine in Western Australia, which included 3.07 g/t gold over 39.13 metres.

CardioComm Solutions, Inc. (TSXV:EKG), meanwhile, reported that it has  received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the over-the-counter sales and marketing of its device agnostic GEMS Mobile smartphone app and its newest handheld, heart rhythm monitor, the HeartCheck CardiBeat. CardioComm Solutions stock popped 11% to $0.10 following the announcement.

Finally, MAX Resource Corp. (TSXV:MXR) shares rose 11% to $0.40 after the junior explorer announced that, since January 30, 2019, it has received proceeds of $1,134,775 as a result of the exercise of 6,078,700 previously-issued common share purchase warrants. The Company added that it currently has 59,673,064 common shares issued and outstanding.
