Lithium Junior Jumps on Nevada Drill Results

Assay results from the Clayton Valley in Nevada boosted shares of a lithium junior Tuesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 (as of 4 pm EST):

Cypress Development Corp. (TSXV:CYP) shares climbed 13% to $0.315 on Tuesday after the lithium junior announced results from its first three holes completed in its fall, 2017 drill program at its 100%-owned Dean and Glory Lithium properties in Clayton Valley, Nevada, which included 102.7 meters of 1029 ppm Li on the Dean property.

As well, shares of Aphria Inc. (TSX:APH) surged 16% to $13.53 as the marijuana producer said it has entered into an agreement to become a medical cannabis supplier to Shoppers Drug Mart, once Health Canada approves Shoppers Drug Mart’s application to be a licensed producer.

UrtheCast Corp. (TSX:UR), meanwhile, reported that it has now signed binding data subscription agreements for the UrtheDaily Constellation totalling in excess of C$100 million. UrtheCast stock popped 11% to $1.54 following the announcement.

Finally, Peeks Social Ltd. (TSXV:PEEK) shares gained 10% to $0.40 after the social media company announced that the Peeks Social platform reached an all-time high of $455,000 in monthly user deposits and over two million monthly user sessions in November 2017.
