Preliminary observations from a Nevada drill program lifted shares of a lithium explorer Friday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Friday, March 16, 2018 (as of 4 pm EST):

Spearmint Resources Inc. (TSXV:SRJ) shares gained 7% to $0.08 on Friday after the lithium explorer announced that the first phase of exploration drilling has been completed on its Clayton Valley Lithium Prospect in Nevada, with all drill holes penetrating the lithium-bearing green clay section that was targeted. The Company is currently awaiting assay results.

As well, shares of Circa Enterprises Inc. (TSXV:CTO) climbed 31% to $1.15 as the manufacturer of equipment for the telecommunication, electrical utility, and construction industries said its fiscal 2017 consolidated sales rose 19% to $28.2 million.

Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TSX:AUP), meanwhile, reported that it has achieved all of its important milestones for 2017, and the Company is well-capitalized into 2020. Aurinia Pharmaceuticals moved up 5% to $7.35 following the announcement.
