Asian gold drill results boosted shares of a junior explorer Tuesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 (as of 4 pm EST):
Erdene Resource Development Corp. (TSX:ERD) shares jumped 11% to $0.21 on Tuesday after the junior explorer announced results of the Q2 2019 drill program at its 100%-owned Khundii Gold Project in Mongolia, which included 112 metres grading 5.9 g/t gold.
As well, shares of MediPharm Labs Corp. (TSXV:LABS) climbed 6% to $6.84 after the cannabis extraction company said it has signed a multi-year supply agreement to provide Cronos Group Inc. (TSX:CRON) with approximately $30 million of private-label cannabis concentrate over 18 months.
Aurora Solar Technologies Inc. (TSXV:ACU), meanwhile, reported that it has received an order to supply a major China-based manufacturer of high-efficiency PERC solar cells with four DM-110e measurements systems. The systems will be shipped in June 2019. Aurora Solar Technologies stock moved up 13% to $0.045 following the announcement.
