Investor interest in a junior explorer seems to be building Friday following the discovery of silver-bearing vein targets. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Friday, October 25, 2019 (as of 11:30 am EST):
Alianza Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:ANZ) shares continued to move higher on Friday, up 17% to $0.07, gaining 27% since the junior explorer announced on Tuesday that drilling at the Haldane Silver Property in the Yukon Territory has confirmed the presence of new silver-bearing vein targets at the Bighorn Zone.
As well, shares of Celestica Inc. (TSX:CLS) slipped 10% to $8.07 as the provider of manufacturing and supply chain solutions said its third-quarter revenue fell 11% to $1.52 billion.
Fire & Flower Holdings Corp. (TSX:FAF), meanwhile, reported that it has received a cannabis retail store license from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission for a location in Banff, Alberta. Fire & Flower Holdings stock moved up 4% to $1.19 following the announcement.
