Quarterhill Inc. (TSX: QTRH), an Industrial Internet of Things stock, powered 22% higher to $2 on Monday after announcing that it expects consolidated revenue for Q3 2017 to be in the range of US$72.5 to $82.5 million, with Adjusted EBITDA anticipated to be in the range of US$50.0 million to $56.0 million.

As well, shares of Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY) jumped 14% to $32.55 as the health services company said it has successfully renewed the Health Care Providers Requirements Contract for the provision of health support services to the Canadian Armed Forces. The contract has an initial term of four years with an initial value of $275 million and an option to extend the contract for up to eight additional years, with a total contract value for the 12 years of up to $875 million.

QYOU Media (TSXV: QYOU), meanwhile, reported that its programs and linear channels reach an addressable audience of more than 100 million consumers across six continents. The Company added that it has launched the new TBD multicast network in the U.S. with Sinclair Broadcast Group, which brings curated digital-first shows and series to TV audiences for the first time. QYOU Media stock popped 13% to $0.385 following the announcement.

Finally, Sonoro Energy Ltd. (TSXV: SNV) shares rose 29% to $0.045 as the oil and gas explorer announced that drilling has begun at its LG-1 Up-dip appraisal well in Indonesia.
