Today I’ve got news about a gold junior that’s surging on a takeover deal + 3 other small stocks making big moves:

Romarco Minerals Inc. (TSX:
R
) shares powered 32% higher to $0.52 on volume of more than 35.4 million
shares Thursday after the gold project developer said it has agreed to be
acquired by
OceanaGold Corporation (TSX:
OGC
) in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately C$856 million. Romarco
shareholders will receive 0.241 of an OceanaGold common share for each Romarco
common share held.

As well,
shares of SciVac Therapeutics Inc. (TSX:
VAC
) slipped as much as 8% before ending up 2% at $0.305 as the developer of biological products for human
healthcare announced that it is recalling from the market all Sci-B-Vac sold by
the company from January 1, 2012, to the present, as a precautionary measure as
it was determined that certain unshipped packages of the Sci-B-Vac hepatitis B
vaccine contained a small number of damaged vials.

OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. (TSXV: ON), meanwhile, reported that it has entered into
an agreement with Amergy Solar to jointly offer comprehensive solar solutions
to residential solar customers in New York. OneRoof Energy Group stock
moved up 25% to $0.125 following the announcement.

Finally,
Miraculins Inc. (TSXV:
MOM
) shares rose 8% to $0.065 after the medical diagnostic company said it
has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent with New Leaf Health Ltd. for
the exclusive distribution of the Scout DS diabetes screen into the UK
workplace wellness segment.
