Far north drill results propelled shares of a gold junior Tuesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 (as of 4 pm EST):
Nighthawk Gold Corp. (TSX:NHK) shares surged as much as 36% before ending 8% higher at $0.395 on Tuesday after the gold junior announced assay results from its 2019 exploration program on the Colomac Gold Project in the Northwest Territories, which included 56.00 metres grading 13.49 grams per tonne (g/t) gold.
As well, shares of Radius Gold Inc. (TSXV:RDU) sank 32% to $0.22 as the precious metals explorer released drill results from the Amalia Gold-Silver Project in Mexico, which included 5 metres of 647 g/t silver.
Electrovaya Inc. (TSX:EFL), meanwhile, reported that it has received a purchase order for a 300kWh, 600V battery system to power an electric bus. Electrovaya stock moved up 33% to $0.265 following the announcement.
Finally, Neptune Dash Technologies Corp. (TSXV:DASH) shares climbed 13% to $0.18 after the blockchain related technologies provider announced its intent to launch a Cosmos Validator and add Cosmos Atoms to its portfolio of crypto assets.
