Channel sample assays likely brightened the day of a few gold junior shareholders Friday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Friday, November 23, 2018 (as of 4 pm EST):
iMetal Resources Inc. (TSXV:IMR) shares gained 10% to $0.115 on Friday after the gold junior announced that ongoing exploration at its 105 sq. km Gowganda West Property in northern Ontario has produced channel samples, 15 of which assayed at least 1.3 g/t gold, with one at 9.96 g/t gold.
As well, shares of ATW Tech Inc. (TSXV:ATW) slid 23% to $0.085 as the financial technology company said its third-quarter revenue increased 24% to $3.1 million.
BTU Metals Corp. (TSXV:BTU), meanwhile, reported that it will acquire an additional 4,163 hectares of prospective and geographically targeted mineral claims in the Dixie discovery area of Red Lake through the acquisition of Burgundy Exploration Corp. BTU Metals stock moved up 19% to $0.095 following the announcement.
