The start of a West Africa drill program propelled shares of a gold explorer Friday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Friday, August 21, 2020 (as of 4 pm EST):
Tajiri Resources Corp. (TSXV:TAJ) shares rose 22% to $0.195 on Friday after the gold explorer announced that it is set to begin its initial drill program on the Reo Gold Project in Burkina Faso.
As well, shares of Rocky Mountain Liquor Inc. (TSXV:RUM) surged 19% to $0.125, following a 75% jump on Thursday, as the Alberta private liquor store owner said its second-quarter sales increased 19% to $14.3 million, while swinging to a net profit of $993,913 from a loss $23,224 a year earlier.
Cabral Gold Inc. (TSXV:CBR) stock, meanwhile, continued to move higher Friday, up 22% to $0.44 following a 9% gain on Thursday, after reporting that it has mobilized an RC drill rig to the Cuiú Cuiú project in Brazil.
