Gold Explorer Climbs on Nuggets Discover

A bunch of gold nuggets from an exciting exploration area propelled shares of a gold explorer Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, October 15, 2018 (as of 4 pm EST):

Pacton Gold Inc. (TSXV:PAC) shares jumped 18% to $0.43 on Monday after the gold explorer announced that an advanced team of reconnaissance prospectors collected gold nuggets from six locations on Pacton’s Friendly Creek tenements in the Pilbara area of Western Australia.

As well, shares of Golden Ridge Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GLDN) slid 25% to $0.21 as the junior explorer released the initial batch of assay results from the Boiling Zone (BZ) and Kaip Zone (KZ) located at its Hank Project in BC’s Golden Triangle District, which included 20.00 metres of 11.63 g/t gold and 13.8 g/t silver.

Imex Systems Inc. (TSXV:IMEX), meanwhile, reported that it is in the process of creating a new cybersecurity subsidiary and has signed an agreement with Net-Patrol International Inc., a provider of cybersecurity solutions for governments, law enforcement and industry worldwide. As part of the partnership agreement, Imex will utilize their Security Maturity Assessment platform under the brand name: Cyber Commissioner. Imex Systems stock eased 26% to $0.13 following the announcement.
