A possible Golden Triangle porphyry discovery sparked much interest in a gold explorer Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, September 10, 2018 (as of 4 pm EST):
GT Gold Corp. (TSXV:GTT) shares surged 44% to $0.75 on Monday after the gold explorer announced that it has made what it called a new gold-copper-silver porphyry discovery at the Saddle North target on its Tatogga property in BC’s Golden Triangle area, with drill results that included 0.67 g/t gold, 0.41% copper, 0.89 g/t silver over 430 metres.
As well, shares of Golden Ridge Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GLDN) slid 31% to $0.305 as the junior explorer released additional assays from the second and third holes drilled at the William’s Zone on its Hank Project in BC’s Golden Triangle District, which included 326 metres grading 0.29% copper, 0.36 g/t gold and 1.92 g/t silver.
Lithoquest Diamonds Inc. (TSXV:LDI), meanwhile, reported that it has intersected kimberlite in the first drill hole at target 1804 on its 100% owned North Kimberley Diamond Project in Western Australia. Lithoquest Diamonds stock popped 63% to $0.245 following the announcement.
Finally, EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (TSXV:EHT) shares climbed 57% to $0.055 after the smart energy solutions provider, along with its new joint venture partner Unified Construction and Investments Limited, announced that it will construct 100,000 affordable housing units in the country of Ghana over the next 10 years.
