GFG Resources Inc. (TSXV:GFG), a gold explorer, jumped after announcing drill results at its Pen Gold Project

Northern Ontario drill results powered shares of a gold explorer Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, April 6, 2020 (as of 4 pm EST):

GFG Resources Inc. (TSXV:GFG) shares surged 106% to $0.185 on Monday after the gold explorer announced drill results at the Nib Prospect at its 100% owned Pen Gold Project located 40 kilometres west of the Timmins Gold District in Ontario, which included 71.27 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 8.5 metres.

As well, shares of Tinkerine Studios Ltd. (TSXV:TTD) climbed 22% to $0.28 as the provider of 3D printing products said Health Canada has approved the Company’s manufacturing facility to manufacture Class 1 medical products that includes the Tinkerine face shield medical device.

Relevium Technologies Inc. (TSXV:RLV), meanwhile, reported that it has launched a pre-order platform where customers can purchase in advance and reserve its new line of Cleancare hand sanitizers by Bioganix. Relevium Technologies stock moved up 18% to $0.065 following the announcement.

Finally, Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. (TSXV:TBP) shares rose 7% to $0.245 after the cannabinoid-derived drug discovery and development company announced that the U.S. Food & Drug Administration has granted the Company’s request for a Type B meeting related to its proposed clinical program and overall premarketing requirements for the Company’s product HCC011 with Orphan Drug Designation. HCC011 is an inhaled delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol formulation to be developed as an adjunct treatment to first-line therapy to improve disease control in inoperable, advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients.
