An exploration partnership and vanadium claims acquisition boosted an energy metals explorer Wednesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 (as of 4 pm EST):
Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV:FMC) shares climbed 71% to $0.06 on Wednesday after the energy metals explorer announced that it has acquired, by staking, 32 mineral claims covering 661 acres of the Afton Vanadium Deposit in Wyoming with its strategic partner Golden Share Resources Corp. (TSXV:GSH).
As well, shares of Equitorial Exploration Corp. (TSXV:EXX) slipped 15% to $0.085 as the lithium junior revealed drill assay results from discovery hole CT-18-02 on its 100%-owned Cat Lake Lithium Property in Manitoba, which included 1.90% Li2O over a mineralized length of 31.88 meters.
Globalive Technology Inc. (TSXV:LIVE), meanwhile, made its market debut on the Toronto Venture exchange on Wednesday. The Company is a next generation software company and venture partner that is developing and investing in solutions to disrupt traditional industries using AI, IoT and blockchain technology. Globalive Technology stock opened at $1.35, hitting a high of $1.52, before closing at $1.36.
Finally, Zecotek Photonics Inc. (TSXV:ZMS) shares gained 12% to $0.235 after the developer of photonics technologies for healthcare, industrial and scientific markets announced the single largest purchase order of US$5 million for its patented LFS scintillation crystals through a distribution partner in China.
