Red Eagle Mining Corporation (TSXV: RD) is set to begin production in 2016 on the first modern gold mine in Colombia, according to CEO Ian Slater. About 400 years ago, Red Eagle’s property was the one the largest gold mines in the Spanish empire and the Company is now fully funded to start mining next year, while it also recently made an acquisition that should add to its upside.
