Small
stocks making big moves on Monday, July 27, 2015 (as of 4 pm EST), as reported

Newmarket Gold (TSX:
NMI) shares climbed 17% to $0.96 on Monday as the gold miner with
operations in Australia announced exploration results from 81 drill holes on
the Lower Phoenix and Phoenix systems at the Fosterville Gold Mine, which
included 386 g/t gold over 9.15 metres.
As well,
shares of SilverCrest Mines Inc. (TSX:
SVL) surged 12% to $1.07 as the precious metals producer said it has agreed
to be acquired by First Majestic Silver
Corp. (TSX:
F) in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately C$154 million. SilverCrest
shareholders will receive 0.2769 common shares of First Majestic for each
SilverCrest common share held.
Engagement Labs (TSXV: EL),
meanwhile, reported that it had completed its acquisition of Keller Fay Group,
a consumer brand conversations measurement company with 2014 unaudited revenue
of approximately US$3.65 million. Engagement Labs will pay US$534,467.25 in
cash, 10,426,673 common shares and two cash payments of US$215,000 on each of
the first two anniversaries of the acquisition. Engagement Labs stock
moved up 8% to $0.43 following the announcement.
