It’s been quite the month for the Ubika Mining (UM) 20 Index. Its 9.3% gain since December 18, 2014, surpassed the performance of the S&P/TSX Global Mining Index (8.74%) as well as that of the TSX Venture (2.1%). Pilot Gold Inc.’s (TSX: PLG) 47% surge led the UM20’s advance, as just four of its component companies ended the month in the red.
