Grab sample assay results were good for shareholders of a lithium junior Tuesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 (as of 4 pm EST):

Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (CVE:RCK) shares jumped 19% to $1.05 on Tuesday after the lithium junior announced the initial results of prospecting grab samples taken from its 100%-owned Georgia Lake lithium property in the Thunder Bay Mining District of northwest Ontario. Sample results showed grades of up to 2.89% lithium oxide.

As well, shares of Uravan Minerals Inc. (CVE:UVN) plunged 69% to $0.09 as the uranium explorer said results of drill hole OR16-008 on its 100% owned Outer Ring property in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan were “decidedly disappointing, and highlights the technical challenges for intersecting deep exploration uranium targets in the Athabasca Basin, particularly with limited financial resources.”
