Visible graphite and impressive assays pushed shares of a graphite explorer sharply higher Tuesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 (as of 4 pm EST):
Berkwood Resources Ltd. (TSXV:BKR) shares climbed 6% to $0.415 on Tuesday after the graphite explorer announced assay results from the drill program on the Zone 1 geophysical prospect at its 100% owned Lac Gueret South Project in Quebec. The Company added that 13 holes were drilled in the first Phase drill program with every hole intersecting visible graphite, with average grades in the range of 14.39 to 25.52% Cgr and true thicknesses ranging 22.1 to 40.3 metres.
As well, shares of Mogo Finance Technology Inc. (TSX:MOGO) gained 15% to $7.99 as the financial technology company said it has launched MogoProtect, a new digital solution to help consumers protect themselves against identify fraud.
Adamera Minerals Corp. (TSXV:ADZ), meanwhile, reported what it called the “discovery of high-grade gold” in outcrop near the Overlook Gold Mine in Washington State. Rock samples collected from the area assayed 64 g\t, 37 g\t, 30 g\t, 7.8 g/t and 2.1 g/t gold. Adamera Minerals stock moved up 17% to $0.105 following the announcement.
Finally, Noram Ventures Inc. (TSXV:NRM) shares rose 25% to $0.075 after the lithium explorer and Alba Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:AA) announced that Membrane Development Specialists and Au Tec Innovative Extraction Solutions have completed a process bench test report of samples from the Clayton Valley of Nevada, which concludes that an estimated a total Li recovery after first and second leach steps of 96.25%.
