shares climbed 15% to $13.30 on volume of more than 2.1 million shares Thursday
after the supplier of strong authentication and e-signature solutions and
services reported second-quarter earnings of $0.17 per share, up from
$0.05 per share in the year-ago quarter. Revenue surged 28% year-over-year to
$47.7 million. Analysts were expecting earnings per share of $0.09 on sales of
approximately $42.3 million.

slid 19% to $8.21 on more than 13.4 million shares traded as the operator of a
website that allows users to review local businesses forecast quarterly revenue
below estimates and reported a larger-than-expected Q2 loss.

stock, meanwhile, popped 18% to $12.92 on its first day of trading Thursday. The
company provides a commercial drug device to improve the quality of life for
patients with ear, nose and throat conditions.

shares gained 12% to $8.47 after the provider of cloud-based unified
communications, contact center and collaboration solutions announced the
