The9 Limited (NASDAQ: NCTY)
shares shot up 25% to $3.22 on volume of more than 6.9 million shares Friday
after the online game developer and operator said it has entered into a license
agreement with System Link Limited for the publishing and operating of the
online game Firefall for a five-year term in mainland China.
As well,
shares of Zoe’s Kitchen, Inc. (NYSE: ZOES)
slipped 5% to $29.17 as the fast casual restaurant chain reported second-quarter
revenue that was in-line with analyst expectations and provided fiscal 2014
revenue guidance that was also in-line with Wall Street forecasts.
Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO)
stock, meanwhile, popped 23% to $37.55 following a media report that the
performance-based online advertising company is close to being acquired by Publicis
Groupe SA.
Finally,
Constellation Energy Partners LLC (NYSE MKT:
CEP) shares jumped 11% to $3.83 after the limited liability firm
focused on the acquisition, development and production of oil and natural gas
properties announced that its board of managers has approved a plan of
conversion pursuant to which the company would convert from a Delaware limited
liability company to a Delaware limited partnership named Sanchez Production
Partners LP.
