Net Element, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETE)
shares shot up 63% to $2.36 on volume of more than 4.6 million shares Tuesday
after independent equity research firm SeeThruEquity initiated coverage on the
provider of mobile payments and value-added transactional services with a
price target of $3.27 per share.
As well,
shares of Silicom Ltd. (NASDAQ: SILC)
slid 24% to $29.83 on more than 1.6 million shares traded as the
server/appliances networking solutions provider reported second-quarter revenue
and earnings that fell short of Wall Street expectations.
GreenHunter Resources, Inc. (NYSE MKT:
GRH), meanwhile, said it intends to form a Master Limited Partnership,
which the company believes will be the most cost efficient way to fund its
future capital needs. GreenHunter stock gained 12% to $2.92 following the
announcement.
Finally,
HealthStream, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSTM)
shares climbed 16% to $25.75 after the provider of workforce development and
research/patient experience solutions for the healthcare industry announced its
Q2 financial results, which surpassed the consensus analyst estimates.
