Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Inc. (NYSE: NGVC)
shares shot up 20% to $23.15 on Friday after the grocery retailer topped Q4
profit estimates. The company reported a profit of $3.2 million in its fiscal
fourth quarter. On a per share basis, the company said that it maintained
profit at $0.14. This figure surpassed initial estimates made by analysts at
Zacks who were predicting EPS of $0.13.

shares of EDAP (NASDAQ: EDAP)
surged 18% to $2.33 on strong financial results. In its latest Q3, revenue
increased 27% to $27.4 million (for the first 9 months of 2014). Gross profit
for the period was $11.8 million, with gross profit margin on net sales of
41.7%, compared to 37.9% in the year ago period. On a per share basis, earnings
were $0.26.
MOL Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOLG)
stock, meanwhile, sank 54% to $4.09 on Friday after the Malaysia-based Internet
gaming services firm said it would postpone its planned third-quarter
results until December 3 and that its CFO decided to resign for
“personal reasons” after joining the company just three months ago.
