shares shot up 13% to $3.58 on Wednesday after the multiband beauty supply retailer
topped Q3 profit estimates. The company reported a profit of $8.3 million in
its third quarter. The company also reported a gross profit margin of 63.8%
compared to the 59.4% in the third quarter of 2013.
As well,
shares of Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR)
climbed 12% to $2.65 as the supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in
equipment said it has entered into an agreement for the sale of 1,065,029
shares of its common stock in a private placement transaction with certain
Directors and Officers of the company and other accredited investors at a price
of $2.431 per share, resulting in gross proceeds to the company of $2.6 million.

stock, meanwhile, slipped 10% to $18.61 after the company’s shares received two
downgrades and two price target cuts after reporting weaker-than-expected Q3
results and Q4 outlook.
