International Lithium Corp. (TSXV: ILC)
shares jumped 17% to $0.035 on Thursday after the resource junior said it has
sign its previously-announced joint venture agreement with strategic partner
Ganfeng Lithium International Co. Ltd., pertaining to the Mariana Lithium Brine
project in Salta Province Argentina.
As well,
shares of Petromanas Energy Inc. (TSXV: PMI)
sank 25% to $0.105 on volume of more than 10.9 million shares as the oil and gas
explorer/developer reported that it has decided to temporarily suspend drilling
on the Molisht-1 well in Albania.
U3O8 Corp. (TSX: UWE),
meanwhile, announced that its fundamentals and projects remain solid
despite the market-driven sell-off, and revealed that Sheldon Inwentash,
Chairman and CEO of Pinetree Capital Ltd., has resigned from U3O8 Corp.’s Board
of Directors. U3O8 Corp. stock popped 17% to $0.035 on Thursday.
Finally, Keek Inc. (TSXV: KEK)
shares climbed 25% to $0.10 as the mobile video social media network said
it has teamed up with Twitter’s MoPub and Google DFP to feature and optimize
advertising on the Keek app.
