Shore Gold Inc. (TSX: SGF)
shares surged 24% to $0.235 after the Canadian Environment Assessment Agency
announced that the company’s Star-Orion South Diamond Project in central
Saskatchewan “is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental
effects when the mitigation measures described in the Comprehensive Study
Report are taken into account.”
As well,
shares of BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (TSXV: BCT)
slid 41% to $0.17 a day after the breast cancer immunotherapy biotechnology
company reported that it has, effective December 1, 2014, completed its
Go-Public Event onto the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture and concurrent
financing with Ansell Capital Corp. BriaCell said that at a deemed value of
$0.18 the company’s market value is approximately $15 million.
Mobio Technologies Inc. (TSXV: MBO),
meanwhile, announced the launch of SailMail, a new integration app for the
MailChimp platform that the company claims allows for better integration of
promotions and email marketing. Mobio Technologies stock moved up 29% to $0.045.
Finally, Algold Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ALG)
shares climbed 23% to $0.27 after the junior explorer provided an update on the
ongoing strategic fourth- quarter exploration program currently underway
on the Legouessi property in Mauritania. Preliminary results confirm gold
values of up to 1.57 g/t gold over 3.4 metres.
