DragonWave Inc. (NASDAQ: DRWI) Shares Jump on Revenue Guidance: U.S. Daily Market Movers

DragonWave Inc. (NASDAQ: DRWI)
shares climbed 16% to $1.42 on volume of more than nine million shares Wednesday
after the supplier of packet microwave radio systems for mobile and access
networks reported that it has raised its revenue expectations for its first quarter
of 2015 to $28.6 million, surpassing the $26.9 million analyst consensus
estimate.

As well,
shares of Ebix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBIX)
slipped 15% to $12.73 on more than 4.5 million shares traded as the supplier of
On-Demand software and E-commerce services to the insurance, finance and
healthcare industries said it has acquired Healthcare Magic, a medical advisory
service with an online network of approximately 15,000 General Physicians and
Surgeons.

NQ Mobile (NYSE: NQ),
meanwhile, announced that the Special Committee’s Independent
Investigation did not discover any evidence of the company’s involvement in
fraudulent conduct alleged by Muddy Waters. NQ Mobile stock shot up 31% to
$9.99.  

Finally,
TF Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: THRD)
shares surged 33% to $42.30 after the company said it has agreed to
be acquired by National Penn
Bancshares, Inc.
(NASDAQ: NPBC)
for $42.00 per share in cash or 4.22 shares of National Penn stock for each TF
Financial share held.
