Andatee China Marine Fuel Services
Corporation
(NASDAQ: AMCF)
shares shot up 54% to $2.69 on volume of more than 2.1 million shares Friday
after the producer of blended marine fuel oil for cargo and fishing vessels in
China announced that its second quarter total sales increased 131.67% to
$175.5 million, while its net income for the quarter skyrocketed 3767.40% to
$2.9 million, from a net loss of $79,414 during the same period last year.  

As well,
shares of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd.
(NYSE: XIN)
slipped 12% to $3.59 as the Chinese residential real estate developer reported
that its Q2 revenue fell 26.3% to $166.8 million, while its net income for the
period sank 32% to $6.8 million.

Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BDR),
meanwhile, announced that its second quarter net sales jumped 23.5% to
$8,828,000, while the company swung to a profit of $0.06 a share for the
quarter from a net loss of $0.11 a share a year earlier. Blonder Tongue provides
digital video solutions. Its stock popped 12% to $1.55 following the
announcement.    

Finally,
Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHN)
shares rose 10% to $9.25 after the pharmaceutical company said interim results
from a study showed that all patients given its experimental hepatitis C drug experienced
no detectable levels of the virus four weeks after completing the therapy.
