DCK broke its all key technical resistance levels of 30-Day, 50-Day and 200-Day DMAs at C$2.26, C$2.32 & C$2.37 respectively. Recently, the company announced a merger agreement with Contact Exploration Inc (TSXV: CEX), wherein CEX and DCK will merge to form a new amalgamated corporation to be named as “Kicking Horse Energy Inc.”. Both the companies will amalgamate to form Kicking Horse on the basis of 0.075 of a common share of Kicking Horse being issued in exchange for each outstanding CEX Share and 0.600 of a Kicking Horse Share being issued in exchange for each outstanding common share of DCK.
