cap stocks making big moves on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 (as of 4 pm EST), as

TubeMogul, Inc. (NASDAQ: TUBE)
shares surged 50% to $13.82 on volume of more than 8.4 million shares Wednesday
after the enterprise software company for digital branding reported better than
expected Q2 earnings and provided a rosier outlook for the current quarter.
As well,
shares of Vapor Corp. (NASDAQ: VPCO)
slid 13% to $2.27 as the electronic cigarette and vaporizer firm said it has
mutually terminated the previously announced asset purchase agreement with International
Vapor Group, Inc.
NetSol Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTWK),
meanwhile, announced it has signed an agreement valued at more than $16 million
to implement NFS Ascent, the company’s next-generation software platform. NetSol
stock popped 40% to $3.88 following the announcement.
Finally,
REX American Resources Corporation (NYSE: REX)
shares climbed 11% to $100.55 after the company with interests in seven ethanol
production facilities reported that its second quarter diluted net income surged
to a record $2.68 per share, compared to $0.71 per share during the same period
last year.
