Central China International Financial Holdings Limited to Enter the North American Financial Services Market and has Chosen Gravitas Securities Inc. as a Partner
Gravitas Securities Inc. (“Gravitas”) is pleased to announce its strategic partnership with Central China International Financial Holdings Limited (“Central China International”), an investment banking firm based out of Hong Kong. The partnership is by way of Central China International purchasing an initial equity position in the firm’s holding company.
Central China International is a subsidiary of Central China Securities Co., Ltd., a publicly listed company on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1375:HK) and the Shanghai Stock Exchange (601375:SHA).
Central China International was established in 2014 with a business focus on securities related financial services such as Investment Banking, Asset Management, Financing, and Equity and Bond investments.
Gravitas and its affiliated companies currently have a well-established platform that services Chinese Canadian high net worth investors and facilitates business opportunities for them. This strategic partnership will inevitably strengthen this already established platform.
