Signed license agreements attracted a few speculators to shares of a tech junior Tuesday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 (as of 4 pm EST):
3tl Technologies Corp. (TSXV:TTM) shares jumped as much as 17% before ending 4% higher at $0.15 on Tuesday after the tech junior announced that it has signed seven license agreements in the last part of 2017, resulting in revenue growth of nearly 80%. Approximately 60% of the revenues from the seven license agreements will be recognized in 2018.
As well, shares of Element Fleet Management Corp. (TSX:EFN) sank 29% to $5.67 as the fleet management company said it expects 2018 core fleet adjusted operating income will be down approximately 3% to 5% on a currency neutral basis due to “integration challenges.”
HIT Technologies Inc. (TSXV:HIT), meanwhile, reported that it has launched the completely redesigned collection of Hitcase TrueLUX Optics, including the TrueLUX SuperWide, Wide, and Macro. HIT Technologies stock moved up 27% to $0.07 following the announcement.
Finally, Vaxil Bio Ltd. (TSXV:VXL) shares rose 27% to $0.14 after the cancer immunotherapy company announced that Ari Kellen has acquired 4,985,000 units of Vaxil Bio at $0.10 per unit, by way of a private placement. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Kellen now owns approximately 5.74% of Vaxil’s issued and outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis.
