The junior gold miners on our list are likely better able to withstand this falling gold price environment

SmallCapPower | December 14, 2016: As the gold price continues to slide, only the miners with the most efficient operations will be able to stay profitable. AISC is a non-IFRS measure established by the World Gold Council (WGC) that was developed so that gold miners could be compared across various jurisdictions. All-In Sustaining Costs is exactly what it sounds like and includes everything from the actual mining of the metal/mineral to the sale of it and the cost for reclamation once the mine shuts down. The junior gold miners on our list today have achieved the lowest AISC for their Q3, 2016 results and could be the ones to thrive if the gold price continues to fall.
