EnerJex Resources, Inc. (NYSE: ENRJ)
shares powered 91% higher to $3.06 on Tuesday after the company said it has
declared a monthly cash dividend on its non-convertible 10.0% Series A
Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred Stock”).
The dividend is for the month of February 2015, and is payable on February 28,
2015 to holders of record at the close of business on February 16, 2015. 

As well,
shares of Advanced Emissions Solutions,
Inc.
(NASDAQ:
ADES
) shot up 29% to $12.10 after the company reported fourth-quarter 2014
adjusted earnings of $1.06 per share, up 23% year over year and ahead of the
Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.03 per share. The improvement was driven by
robust margin expansion as well strong internal execution. Earnings came within
the company’s guidance range of $1.02 to $1.04. Including one-time items,
earnings stood at $0.74 versus $0.81 in the year-ago quarter.

Ardelyx, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARDX)
stock, meanwhile, sank 19% to $15.54 after the pharmaceutical company announced
that results from its clinical trial evaluating tenapanor did not meet
expectations.
